Summer Associate (5/01 – 8/01)
- Participated in construction of an off balance sheet and
off credit financing product to sell
to owners of gas storage facilities. Developed pitch books,
conducted target customer
analysis and financial modeling. Resulted in potential
revenues to Enron of $20 million.
- Developed a trading model that assessed revenues and
costs associated with transporting,
storing, and selling gas along coastal pipelines as
hurricane insurance for large
consumers of natural gas. Resulted in potential earnings of
$1.2 million.

Analysis and Design
- Redesigned Hines leasing, operating, and tenant
retention reports to remove city and regional
biases and to allow better comparisons between buildings and

Revised pay scales for clerical and engineering staffs

Problem Identification and Resolution
- Developed property guidelines manual and instituted
procedures and controls for building

interviews. Resulted in development of training courses that
